XFi Pod

looking for info about free xfi pod. My wifi range has weakened and I talked to a CSR rep that said I could get a free xfi pod? Not sure what I need to do to get it.

user_b07331 Thanks for posting on our community forums. We appreciate your interest in our Xfinity Wi-Fi Boost pods. We do offer a Free Wi-Fi Boost pod through our xFi Complete subscription which offers a Whole Home WiFi evaluation. The evaluation takes 14 days to complete and depending on the result, you can get a free Wi-Fi Boost pod with it. If you do not get the free option, you can still buy the Xfinity Wi-Fi Boost pods online using the link above. Are you currently subscribed to xFi Complete?

@user_39o6uw you can learn more about the whole home Wi-Fi Evaluation here. You'll be able to see the service on your Comcast bill through a paper statement or the Xfinity App.
