Xfi Pod Order Not Processing
I have been trying to order an Xfi pod since Wednesday.
I placed the inital order and then missed a call. They left a voicemail saying I needed to verify the order. I tried calling back, and was on hold endlessly.
I reached out to customer service and they told me to wait for it to process. I waited 24 hours and it didn't process so I placed another order hoping to receive the confirmation phone call this time.
I have called customer service numerous times since Wednesday and nobody can seem to help me. I have no email or record on my account of an Xfi pod order despite me trying to order it 3 times.
