xfi pod never arrived

Hi,

I recently upgraded to Gigabit internet service and on the order page, it indicated that I would be receiving a new modem as well as 1 xfi pod; I submitted the order and promptly got 2 shipment notification emails (I assumed one for the modem and one for the pod). The modem arrived on time, however, the xfi pod never came. It has been around 3 weeks. After the fact, I noticed that the two shipment emails contained the same tracking number, so I'm assuming someone was supposed to ship them together, but messed up and only shipped the modem. Can I still have the xfi pod sent out?

I do have XFi complete, yes!

Gotcha so with that, once you add xFi Complete, the whole home wifi evaluation takes place, at the conclusion of that, you will receive a report and that will recommend you either a pod, or say you do not need one. If one is suggested then you will also have a link to redeem that at the same time. If you are not assessed to need the pod, you are still welcome to get one, but it would be paid at that point. That assessment takes 14 days to be completed!

Hi, @Najicta. I hope you are well. I see you recently placed an order online, and you were expecting an xFi Pod with the shipment. However, I see only your gateway arrived. We currently don't offer a plan that includes a xFi Pod in the bundle. They are only available for purchase or available for free if the xFi Complete Whole Home WiFi Evaluation recommends them after the eval. Did you add xFi Complete, or did you purchase the xFi Pod in addition to your upgrade?
