Xfi pod failed
I purchased a pair of Xfinity pods in July and one stopped working. I’ve gone through the reinstall and 4 technical assistants and they all agree that the unit needs replaced under warranty. I was sent to the local store for replacement but they do not exchange. The manager ordered me another one but it never came. I again went on line to customer service and they said they would send me a replace. I received a text today saying my claim was denied and the case closed!!! This has been over a month without resolution.
