Xfi not working

How do I get my Xfi activated without having to stay two hours on the phone or on-line/chat (already done that - didn't fix it! ) . Right now when I try to log in to the Xfi app it says "Access not authorized".  Also when I try to download on desktop it says: "Your XFINITY Internet service is not active."

 

But when I go to the My Account it says: "Service activated! Now you can enjoy fast Internet speeds.".... The internet is working, speed etc. are all OK. I've been able to change the name of the wifi network to the name and password of my choice.  

 

I don't want to call because I don't have an hour to spare at this time.
