xFi Gateway Order Issue

Hello,

I recently purchased an Xfinity internet plan and chose to have the xFi Gateway included in it. I selected that I wanted to pick up the device in store, but I have only received a confirmation email, and not a follow-up email with information on when the pick up would be ready.

user_59xv5l - Thank you for choosing Xfinity and for joining the Xfinity Forums Community! Fantastic question. You can go and pick it up at any time after you've received your order confirmation email. When you're ready the agents in store will access your account to review the info and go over all the equipment with self-installation instructions. Then you can go install and activate your equipment using the Xfinity app and you'll be all set. Please let me know if this info helps.
