Xfi confirmation email not received.
Hello, I am currently on the 800mbps plan and have been attempting to add xfi complete. I submitted a request yesterday morning and never received a confirmation email. After waiting hours I submitted another request in hopes that email would go through, which it still has not. I did get a email overnight explaining my next bill, which does not reflect the xfi complete package I am attempting to add.
