How to remove Xfi complete from my account?

Hello, @user_4a0ed4! Thanks for reaching out to us on the forums! I hope you are doing well! I apologize to hear that you are wanting to remove the xFi complete as it's a great value combining your Xfinity modem rental and unlimited data all in one low price. There are a few ways you can manage your account and remove xFi complete:

1. You can use the Xfinity app to manage your plan. Simply bring up the Xfinity app and then go to Account > Xfinity Plan Details > Manage your plan where you would be able to remove the xFi complete. Please note that you do need to have a rented Xfinity Gateway or your own modem when removing the xFi complete

2. You can use the Xfinity website to sign into your account to manage your account that way.

3. If you prefer, we can also assist with getting the xFi complete removed from your account. You would just need to send us a DM by clicking the Direct Message icon at the top right of the page, click on the pen and pad icon and enter Xfinity Support in the "To" section of the chat and provide us with your first/last name and full address so we may further assist you.
