xfi complete

I upgraded to xfi complete a few weeks ago for $25/month.  I thought I was getting an upgraded modem since mine is very old.  I haven't received a new modem and have read that I may never get one so I want to cancel my upgrade.  I see zero value.  I don't need unlimited data.  Thanks.

I apologize to hear that you have not received the new modem. We can certainly have a look into what happen and then go from there. Can you please click the Direct Message icon at the top right of the page, click on the pen and pad icon and enter Xfinity Support in the "To" section of the chat and provide us with your first/last name and full address so we may further assist you?

via direct message I was able to cancel xfi complete and just order a new modem.  replaced the modem and all is good.  thanks!
