I am having the same exact problem as homeshore. I upgraded to the xfi complete 11/10/20

Why can't Xfinity execute an upgrade request? Been waiting since 11/26/20
On 11/26/20 I upgraded to a new package with a self install kit.
I was told a tracking number would be sent.
There has been no information sent.
The order is still pending and nothing has arrived not even a tracking number.
