xfi complete with 1 gig

Since my statement dated 05-09-2023, I have had 1 gig and xfi complete.  However, when I sign into my account, it always asks me to increase internet speed to 1 gig and join xfi complete.  I tried the xfinity assistant, unsuccessfully, and it said I have 800 mbps, not 1 gig.  So have I been paying extra for over a year for services I do not have?

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Thank you @EG!

user_9c0645 We can definitely take a look at your current plan and make sure you have the right one and the best pricing for it!

If you ever signed up with a plan and added a speed increase to it you may be asked to update this to just show one plan vs the plan and added speed boost.

Please send us a direct message with your full name and service address to get started.
