Hi, in the last 3 months my WiFi has been very week at the farthest points in my home. My router is still in the same spot. Looking to see if I can qualify for free extender.

Did you receive any emails regarding the evaluation? It is a fully automated process, there is truly not any assistance that is needed. Our primary Xfinity gateway provides a great amount of coverage out the box, but not all parts of the home could receive optimal service. I find the biggest kicker with this is the building materials used, unless your home is full masonry construction, there is normally no issues on signal transmission. The evaluation normally measures range and transmission strength. I included a great link that breaks down what is needed and done during that process.
