Xfi complete whole home coverage

I've requested a free xfi pod that I'm entitled to via my xfi complete contract that I pay extra for. Everytime I request one they do a audit of coverage and say I have complete coverage yet in the part of my home where the TV that needs a pod many times I lose signal. I'm tired of requesting for o e free pod when your company gives me the run around to not provide a freepod to extend the coverage in this section of my house that my xfi complete coverage states I'm entitled to. You would have no problem providing one for a charge. I'm so tired of weak signal when I pay $260+/ month for gig internet/ premium cable package/ home phone. If I was Donald Trump you would compitulate and grant my request. I already pay for whole home coverage and I'm not getting it.

Thank you for reaching out and sharing your frustration regarding the free xFi Pod and the signal issues you're experiencing. I am so sorry to hear you've been given the runaround and are still dealing with weak signal despite paying for xFi Complete and a high-tier package. This is not the experience we want for our valued customers.
You are correct that xFi Complete includes a free pod, if the Whole Home Wi-Fi Evaluation shows you need one. The first assessment begins within a day of activating your xFi Gateway or adding the xFi Complete plan. This initial evaluation runs for a period of about 14 days.
If the initial or subsequent evaluations do not recommend a pod, the system will automatically conduct another checkup every six months for up to 24 months (two years).

In the areas that you experience signal issues, are your devices normally connected to your network?
