Xfi Complete Upgrade = Received Used Dirty Modem Gross
After a year of complaints about worsening connectivity and fighting back against claims that my equipment is fine, I caved and upgraded to xfi complete and was told I'd get a NEW modem since my old one was over 6 years old (rented from Xfinity).
Got the NEW modem, opened the box....does this look NEW to you???? It's disgusting!! I'm not hooking this up, it's nasty!
This is how long time customers are treated? Why do I have to constantly fight with Xfinity to get the service that I pay for?!?!
I can't call because I need to share these pictures, I can't use the chat feature for the same reason. So here I am. Sharing pictures of what Xfinity considers NEW equipment for upgrading to xfi complete. Unacceptable!
