I have not yet received word on when I'll get my modem/router. I started my service days ago and have no clue when I'll actually be able to use my devices which require a wired connection to the internet.

You can use the Direct Messaging icon at the top of the page to send your name and service address to "Xfinity Support." It's next to the bell icon on the right side of the page.
