xFi Complete plan no Free xFi pod

It's been over a month now and I've had poor signal to parts of my house. A free xFi pod was promised as part of the xFi complete plan and I have not heard anything about it. I keep running the diagnostic on the app and it even recommends I should purchase one. I've tried to call and chat about getting one and I keep getting the run around. How can I get that pod?

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

user_f7y8sx Hello! Thank you for reaching out to us here on our Community Forum. The addition of xFi Complete does not automatically guarantee that a xFi Pod will be provided. There is an in-home assessment that is sent out about 14-days after xFi Complete has been added to your account. Can you please double check your email to see if you've received the results of that? If you locate the email, within it will be a link on how to quickly order the "free xFi Pod" if you qualify for it, otherwise, you can purchase one separately if needed.

I have not gotten an email about the 14-day assessment. Its been a month since I set up my internet and I haven't received anything about the assessment. I have run several diagnostics myself and keep getting "weak wifi." What can I do since I did not receive the email for it and have gone a month with weak signal?
