xFi complete kit is used product and missing equipments

Just received my xFi complete self install kit today and there is no ethernet cable or xFi pod. Also the xFi modem is an older ver XB6 and seems to be used(had 1 min of ping spiking in game, not sure if is defective) with quite a lot of dusts in it. Currently using 200mbs plan. Does not seems right
