xFi Complete email communications clic

I was just sent a message saying that my xFi Complete includes a home assessment to help ensure I
have reliable WiFi, and it looks like I may benefit from WiFi
Boost Pods.

It also said I was eligible for WiFi Boost Pods
at no extra cost. So when I explored that further on the website, the message changed to I am not eligible.  Really? Why?  I would like an explanation.

Thanks for reaching out about, the Xfi complete in home evaluation should send you a email that states You can improve your home WiFi coverage with an WiFi Boost Pod.

 

If you receive this email, you're eligible to receive an WiFi Boost Pod at no additional cost.

 

The WiFi Boost Pod must be redeemed using the link in the email.

 

Is that the e-mail you got ? did you get any errors when clicking on the link to redeem the free Wifi boost pods

Orlando, I appreciate your quick response.  I did try to redeem the offer with the link in the email. then this message (see below) popped up. So if I really was not eligible, why was I offered the pod?

@RAM851  let's look into this deeper because if you got the e-mail that you could improve your Wi-Fi coverage with the Wi-Fi boost pods then you should be eligible.  Please send us a direct message including your name, account holder name (if different), and the service address so, we can get started. Myself or one of my awesome colleagues will respond as soon as possible.

To send a direct message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

  • Click the "Direct Message" icon in the upper right - it looks like a chat bubble
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon just to the right of Conversations
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line - do not use the Employee's name!
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it

To expedite your request, we ask that you please include your name, the account holder name (if different), and the service address
