XFi complete booster
Hello, I have had the XFi Complete service for about a year and half. For the first several months, we had limited internet use in the home. I am now working from home more frequently and finding that the signal to my office is significantly degraded. I understand that the service includes a booster if necessary; how can I arrange an assessment in order to improve the coverage to my office? Thanks, Colin

@user_vkcu5s Thanks for adding a post and letting us know. The package does come with the opportunity for a Pod to be added. It will boost the range if the system notices the need through the devices through a home evaluation. It is done every six months after the first initial 14 day window. If that isn't soon, you can choose to rent an Xfinity Pro package. It's an extender and wireless back up modem in one, for when the power goes out. That is essential for working from home and is really affordable. We can also help troubleshoot here on the forum, and make sure what you pay for is performing at its best.
