Xfi app won’t allow me to log in
I’ve tried to log into the app more than 10 times now, I’m able to log in online but that’s it. I’ve tried uninstalling the app, deleting all the data, and clearing the caches. It keeps using an email I have no affiliation with and when I enter my own email it tells me to reset the password, upon clicking this link it takes me back to the email I don’t know or use and tells me to send an email or text to a number I don’t use or know to reset the password. This is very frustrating seeing as I just made this account but the app recognizes a prior user I no longer speak to

Hello, @user_qj195t. Usually after deleting the app, and reinstalling will clear out old data. Also, clearing the cache, and cookies on the device will help as well. I see you have already sent a direct message, we will meet you there shortly, and gather some account information.
