XFI app not working, WIFI is blocked
My app is not working correctly, only showing Overview and Account as options. Devices are blocked from the WIFI and I cannot grant them access. How can I get this fixed so I can benefit from the service I paid for.

Make sure you are signing into the Xfinity app with your primary Xfinity ID and definitely test the app on a few devices if possible. If this does not resolve the issue we may need to work in a direct message to take additional actions to help.
