XER10

XER10 not showing up in my app. It says internet offline but I’m connected to it via default settings. 

I also can’t access 10.0.0.1

anyone got any tips?

Are you installing the XER and ONU for the first time? 

 

If you are still showing offline, you can reset/power cycle both the ONU and XER10.  Power them both down, bring the ONU all the way up first and then power-up the XER10. 

 

Please let me know if this helps.

To send a direct message: 

 

  • Make sure you are signed in here in the Xfinity Forum. Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Message" icon (square chat icon in the upper right corner of your screen next to the bell icon)
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it
