xclass tv $100 Visa card reward trouble

Hello.  I bought a 50" class tv online from walmart.com on 4/29/2022 and tried to put a claim in for the $100 gift card on 4/29 but could not.  tried again on 4/30 but the claim site is closed.  how do I address this?  thanks.

I understand you recently purchased a TV from https://comca.st/3KqXtsN, and it may have included a promotion, in a result of buying the TV.
