XB9 Gateway

Hi, I recently called into Xfinity to request an XB9 gateway to be delivered, and a duplicate XB8 (which I am currently using with Xfinity Pro Wi-Fi Extender) arrived along with another Pro Extender (which I have just returned to the local Xfinity store).

I believe I am on a compatible Internet plan, and in a compliant geo, so was wondering if someone from Xfinity can help me out with the XB9 gateway upgrade?
