I received two e-mails a couple of weeks ago telling me my gateway needed to be updated in order to get 5x-10x improvement in upload speeds and stability. I said "yes" and received the same xb8 I currently have. When I returned it to my local store, they said I had the xb8 shown on my account and didn't know why I received that notification. Last night I received a text with the same exact offer to "update" my gateway. What is wrong with your account system????

We are happy to take a look at your account and see what is triggering the upgrade notification you are receiving.
