I’ve been trying to get the XB8 cable modem I’ve ordered 2x.s and the second order I found out today was cancelled I don’t understand I’ve been a customer for a very long time and I would like to get that upgrade can anyone help me get one?

Hello @Mmeyers1, thanks for reaching out for help on our forums! We appreciate your interest in having our latest XB8 modem. At this time we are still anticipating a restock in the coming months. We would recommend checking back in August for more inventory.

@XfinityNico​ what a joke 😂 back in April I was told to wait until June to get one, now August?
