XB8 Gateway

Hi - I currently have an XB7 Gateway on the Gigabit Plus plan with XFi. I have numerous Wi-Fi 6E devices and a whole houseful of smart home devices, so I need to be able to take advantage of the best modem. I need an upgrade to an XB8.

To send a direct message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it

@honick Thank you for trusting my team to get an XB8 modem shipped to you. You can return your old equipment to your local Xfinity service center or take it to a UPS store where they will package and ship it back to our warehouse free of charge. I hope you have a great rest of your day :).
