XB8 gateway - inventory woes?

When will there be an xb8 that I can have mailed to me because I’ve heard that they are reserved for only new xfinity customers. Shouldn’t diamond and platinum tier be priority since we have been paying every month for 13 to 20+ years?  My xfinity bill is $330 EVERY MONTH and I’ve never had a late payment so shouldn’t we be rewarded for this ESPECIALLY since xfinity rewards isn’t working properly?  I have never received a single Xfinity reward in all my 13 years and I’ve signed up and done everything required and still nothing.  The least xfinity could do is send me an xb8 gateway.  Ty.

Are you signed up for emails from Comcast or did you opt out of them?

How is this question relevant to my query?  Are u reply to the xfinity rewards portion or the xb8 portion?  I have spoke to many Xfinity reps who have told me the rewards program is having major issues and that they are working on it,  but I’ve gotten a different answer from each xfinity agent I’ve spoken to so that doesn’t instill much confidence.
