How do I go about upgrading my old modem. The website says Xfinity pro will add it. It just loops to an AI chat with 0 help that bounces me back to the app.
1.2 Gb speed Internet with a very old outdated Motorola modem.

Please note that this option isn’t available for all customers.
By contacting us: If the online option isn’t available or you’d prefer personal support, feel free to reach out. We’d be happy to help you place an order or schedule a professional installation.
Keep in mind that additional fees may apply.
For TV Boxes: Simply tune your TV to channel 1995 and follow the prompts to have a new TV Box shipped directly to you.
In person: You’re also welcome to visit any Xfinity Retail Store to exchange your equipment face‑to‑face if that’s more convenient.
