xb7 bridge mode toggle does not appear

Logged into the 10.0.0.1 page, changed my password, etc. but does not give me the option to toggle bridge mode.

If you're a customer with Advanced Security, you won't be able to access this feature if you choose to enable Bridge Mode on your gateway. Learn more about xFi Advanced Security https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/getting-started-with-xfinity-xfi-advanced-security . In addition, if you already activated WiFi Extenders, you won't be able to enable Bridge Mode @user_qneal8

I do not have advanced security or wifi extenders, thanks. I have also tried to call and get agent support on the phone but its seemingly impossible to get past the AI prompting.

I have, thank you. When I log in to the admin page under Gateway > At a glance, there is no toggle to enable bridge mode. Next to where it says "Bridge Mode:" there is nothing.

user_qneal8 Gotcha! Thank you for the update. When you connect your devices, are you seeing your home network as an option to connect to, and was this a recent activation? Or have you had this modem for awhile?

My home network (eero) shows up under "Home Internet" on the devices page. It is not a recent activation, I have had it since March of 2025. Just now getting around to this though.
