XB6 &XB8

Hi i got the 800 mbps plan and i was givin an xb6 and was wondering if my plan is eligible for an upgrade? there may have been a mix up with the routers when it was being installed because the person who installed it switched the one we got from the store to one he had in his van.

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

 

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

 

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
