Xb10

Ever since upgrading to 2gb my internet has been intermittent. I was told that I should be using an xb10 and not the xb8. How can I get an xb10 it’s been so called out of stock for almost a year.

@user_c4nqzg Thanks for adding a post to the community. We've had inventory for XB10's for a while, however they're only reserved for customers with equal download and upload speeds. If you do have symmetrical upload and download speeds, you can pick one up at a local store for free. Be sure to also swap out any wired cable boxes for wireless ones, as the XB10 only works well with wireless boxes. Take any boxes you have to the store to be exchanged at the same time. Find the closest store to your location with the finder here https://www.xfinity.com/local/store-offers.
