I am subscribed to the 1GB tier, but they don't have XB10 gateways at any of the stores, only XB7 and XB8. I currently have the XB7. Could you please ship a XB10 gateway to me and waive the shipping fee.

Hello @user_l1rqsz as of right now our XB10 is only available for X-class symmetrical speeds. Do you know if you are on an X-class plan?
