XB10 upload capped at ~40 Mbps on 2 Gig plan — provisioning check?

I upgraded plans in store yesterday from an old 600/35 (customer-owned Motorola modem) to a 2 Gig plan. I was originally planning for a 1G/1G bidirectional X-Class plan, but the manager offered a promotion. When I later looked on my account, the details say 2000/250. The plan name on my account shows “100/100,” possibly due to the manager promotion. The new XB10 was installed after the plan change, rebooted since, in bridge mode.

Wired test (XB10 10G port → 2.5G NIC), several runs including SpeedTest app: ~1.4 Gbps down / ~40 Mbps up. Upload speed is the same as what I saw on my old 600/35 plan. I'm mostly concerned about the slow upload speed.

Signal seems clean (I can send a screenshot later): downstream SNR 44–45 dB; upstream has 4 ATDMA channels (16–35 MHz) plus 4 OFDMA channels at 36/105/200/297 MHz, all locked.

Could someone please:

  1. Confirm the rate code on my account matches at least the 2000/250 Mbps.
  2. Verify the upstream max rate in the config file delivered to my XB10, and reprovision if needed.
  3. Confirm what my address supports. Is 2 Gig/2 Gig or another X-Class tier available?

Hoping to have the account/provisioning side checked before scheduling a tech visit. Let me know if you need further details. Happy to share account details by DM.

Thanks!
