With the latest WiFi 7 and DOCSIS 4.0 technology, this gateway opens the door to the 6 GHz band, giving you access to a whole new level of speed and performance. It’s built to keep up with today’s connected households, capable of supporting up to 300 devices at once. Whether you’re streaming, gaming, or working from home, you can count on a more seamless and reliable connection throughout your space.
To be eligible for the XB10, you’ll need to be in an area where CommScope’s® Full Duplex (FDX) DOCSIS® network is active and subscribe to a qualifying symmetrical speed tier—X-Class or 500 Mbps and above.
Here’s how to check:
Confirm availability in your area: XB10 requires access to the FDX DOCSIS network.
Verify your speed tier: Sign in to your account and review your Broadband Facts or plan details.
Look for symmetrical speeds: You’ll only qualify if your download and upload speeds are the same (for example, 500/500 Mbps or 1/1 Gbps).
This ensures you can take full advantage of the XB10’s capabilities. That said, we've got many plans to fit various needs. I'd be happy to revisist your service needs and review promiotional options together to ensure you're getting the best value for the servcies that matter most to you.
