XB10 info

I would like to get info on getting an XB10. Availability/plan cost/etc.

Howdy user_1207733. The XB10, and our XER10 unit are currently used with our fiber, and symmetrical speed coax service. For traditional Xfinity internet, the XB8 would be the unit you would see being used, the XB8 is a rockstar too though. Here is a cool breakdown of our whole family of xFi gateways.

I click the link and only get above info ?
I chat with Xfinity yesterday but agent disconnect me when I ask if X-500 available or not in my areas.
I talked to 2 different agents a  few days ago and they provide me different paln/cost.  They plans I see and the promotion plan they see are different...  It confuse me..
Still wish to check if symmetrical speed coax service available in my areas or not yet... .......
