XB10 has been falsely offered 3 different times. Direct lies to prevent a move to ATT with a wifi 7 gateway right off the start/2gb plan

I was paying 140 bucks for a plan that was being downgraded in speed from 1300-1200, complained about having this xb8 router since it was released. Never upgraded, service keeps going up to a new speed, then they eliminate that plan and drop me back down. You don't offer 2gb services where I am, but [Edited: Soliciting]. I spoke to the first rep asking why I would stay for a slower service, older gateway technology, and paying more. Promises were made, fixed my monthly to half almost, and then told me that I WILL BE ABLE TO GET A WIFI 7 GATEWAY included in the "new" services I was getting downgraded to. It was the only thing I required to stay with xfinity when 2gb/2gb fiber is available and [Edited: Soliciting]. Ive been told its being shipped, that was a lie, I was told it was at my local store to pick up, that was a lie. I was told they special ordered it and its on its way now, after the 3rd conversation and being sick of being lied to. STILL NO XB10, why should I have to have an older gateway that I have had since it was released, just because you don't offer the multi gig services. I was told it made no difference, that the xb10 would be shipped directly to me as I am a CUSTOMER OF 15 years.  3 different sales reps, and an escalation to a different service level all gave me flat out lies, to keep me from switching on the spot. WIFI 7 is out everywhere now, why am I still using this gateway ive had over 5 years, how can you justify lying multiple times to try and retain business instead of just full filling what was agreed upon.
