@user_8cfc14 Thank you for reaching out today about the XB10! I am also excited about the new release and have been reading all about the new Gateway. XB10 is built to meet consumer and network needs with the ability to connect 4x faster with trailblazing WiFi 7 technology and unprecedented reliability. The Gateway is not available everywhere at this time. Eligible customers who add X-Class speed tiers (X-500 or above) will receive the latest Xfinity Gateway (XB10) during their pro install. X-500 and X-Gig customers can select a shipped Getting Started kit if they prefer to install their own equipment.

Do you have our X-Class internet tier? Currently, there are 2 symmetrical speed tiers eligible for the XB10 Gateway:

  • X-500 (500 Mbps)
  • X-Gig (1 Gbps)

X-Class speeds are available in the following select neighborhoods across all divisions: https://www.xfinity.com/learn/internet-service/xclass
