X2 xb10
X2 customer here in a new edge out market (Lehigh Pa)
I’ve been trying to get an xb10 for several months. I’ve had my time wasted by several store associates, and chat associates. It seems like customers have more luck here.
is there anyone that can help me get an xb10???
my equipment behind the modem supports much higher speed than I can get with an xb8

Our XB10 modems are only available and ment for our X-class areas and promotions. If you use an XB10 and have a lower speed and network, your services won't work properly, and it will cause connection issues. Let's pull up your account so we can see if you're in a qualified area.
