X1 order status? over a week past due - still says order in process

I had received an email that I needed a new X1 box...ordered and see the order is in process and was scheduled to arrive between May 1 and May 3...but still no box?   what can I do??? Tried chatting with xfinity assistant but they/it didn't understand the issue.  Thanks

@mardid Thank you for reaching out here on our Xfinity Forums. I would be happy to check the status of your ticket and see where that new X1 box is for you. To get started, please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address.

 

To send a "Direct Message" message:

  • Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Messaging" icon at the top of the page (looks like a text bubble)
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it
