X1 order status? over a week past due - still says order in process
I had received an email that I needed a new X1 box...ordered and see the order is in process and was scheduled to arrive between May 1 and May 3...but still no box? what can I do??? Tried chatting with xfinity assistant but they/it didn't understand the issue. Thanks
