I have tried to contact I was on hold forever,I have broken x1box in the living room Just need a new one sent to me,I tried going to xfinity in Hendersonville but couldn’t do anything because my wife is the only one on the account and they wouldn’t let me I showed the guy all the account papers that was all up to date and still wouldn’t help me because I wasn’t on the account I showed him the password that had my name and her name still wouldn’t do it that is so stupid.

'Broken' in what way? Have you tried contacting customer service at 800-COMCAST, 800-XFINITY, via CHAT or at a local Xfinity store?
