X1 box and modem

I think I am getting charged for an x1 box and dvr that I do not have.  I actually called recently to remove it already but it is still listed for 7.50/mo.  Please remove.  Also, I signed up for a modem for free for a year but after the technician visited today, I did not need it so please remove it from my account if it is on there.

To send a "Peer to peer" ("Private") message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
