x fi advantage
why is it taking so long for my x fi advantage assessment to complete to get the new x fi advantage modem? I changed plans on the 2nd of Sept. and it said in the email it would take 2 weeks well it's well past the 2 weeks for the assessment and that I would get an email when it was done.
