Hello @user_397fc9, thank you for taking the time to leave a post. I completely understand how important fast and reliable internet is, especially when upload speeds impact what you’re doing. Availability can depend on factors like your building’s infrastructure and service area. The best next step is to check if X-Class Internet is available at your exact address. If X-Class isn’t currently available, an email notification will be sent when it becomes available.  Unfortunately, we’re not able to provide an exact timeframe right now.

If you could send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account, I'd be more than happy to look into this for you.

To send a Direct Message, please click on the “Direct Message” icon in the top-right corner of the screen, next to the bell icon, click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon, then type or select "Xfinity Support". Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window and press Enter to send your message and initiate a live session.

They did some upgrades in my area a couple of weeks ago and we got mid split upgrades done last May. Any timeline in Buckley WA?

kam518, We don't have a set-time line for each region we can reference to be completely upfront. We'll be sure to notify customers of the changes, and you'll also see the new plan/speed availability on your Xfinity App when it's in place.
