Wrongful charges
Kevin at your Ann Arbor road store was supposed to process a refund for 159.04 you wrongfully processed against my credit card.
I ported out Nov 6 last year when I switched to Verizon.
I recovered 63.62 through the credit card rejection process. You now owe me 95.42.
Please reverse that amount.
