Wrong shipping date

Hi I recently joined xfinity and got wifi for my new house I bought and moving into next month and I thought I put the shopping date for 5/30/25 but I just got a text today saying it was shipped today. Can we please stop the shipment? I won’t be at the new address until 5/30/25!

Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window   
Press Enter to send it
