Wrong shipping address on my Xfinity Account

My daughter was trying to order an upgrade of her phone (I have Xfinity Wifi and Xfinity Mobile w/4 lines) and when she tried to place her order, the default address for where to ship the phone was wrong.

I have moved twice over the past 2 years and for some reason my old addresses are still associated with my account?  Not only that, the address shown is "sort of" my last home address but the apartment number is wrong.  It's listed as "Apartment 2" which doesn't even exist in my old building.

I realize that Xfinity MUST ship phones to the physical address where your Internet account is, which is fine, but there seems to be no way to correct the information on my end when it is wrong.

I tried using "Chat Support" and that got me nowhere and ended up with the support person just trying to sell me a phone and assuring me that he would make sure it was shipped to my correct address, but offered no help to change it within your records so the next time I try to order a phone I'd have to do it all over again or drive to an Xfinity Store and hope the phone I want is in stock and they give me the deal advertised on the website.

Since this conversation will require sharing my personal info, pleae let me know how to chat privately.  Thank you!

@Peacemaker02324 Please send us a DM with your full name and address to Xfinity Support.

To send a direct message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Thanks for nothing.  Still not resolved and I spent another 2 hours with 3 different "support people" from India or somewhere who assured me it would be fixed and a week later, nothing.  I wonder if Verizon can actually handle a simple address change?  Pathetic

A week later and still not resolved.  Absolutely ridiculous.  All of the wasted time here, on so-called "chat support" and text support and can't even correct my shipping address in my shopping cart so I can order a phone.  Piss poor tech support from a tech giant.
