Wrong Service Address

I signed up for internet service and the tech came out and an underground line needs to be installed.  After he left, I got a text asking me to confirm the information he entered.  I noticed that my service address is showing incorrectly.  The assistant told me I could update it online, but it only lets me update my billing address.   I called Xfinity to have it changed and the person told me it was fixed, but it's not fixed.  I then got a text today saying they were going to come out and mark utilities and a text later in the day saying they have been marked, but they have not.  I'm worried the installation is going to be messed up because of this mistake.  Can we get this fixed?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or   https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it.
