Wrong Service Address

When setting up a new account for home internet, the defaulted service address assigned the apartment number below me (but in the same building I.e. 3 to 1). How do I change this? I can't seem to get through to anyone real or able to schedule a callback. I have a home internet installation in a week.

If the address is incorrect, there is no way to update/change within your account. A new account will have to be created the correct address. We'd be happy to help with this today. Feel free to send us a DM with your name and address. 

 

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the “chat" icon (upper right corner of this page)

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send your message
