Wrong rewards tier
I recently upgraded my Internet to fiber, and in doing so it reset my rewards tier from diamond to gold and the rewards site says I've only been a customer since 2026, even though my account home page shows rewards as diamond. There was no interruption in service -- it went right from the slower speed to the new fiber. I tried calling for tech support and the rep said I needed to add phone service to fix it...clearly trolling for spifs or whatever inventive Comcast is giving the tech support people to push the phone service sales these days. Can someone here help get it corrected? Thanks.
